How do I Place an order?
Find the product you wish to buy and click on buy/send Enquiry button and submit your contact information using our online enquiry form. Our Sales team will contact you soon and delivery your required product asap.
How long does it take on average to process my order?
Shipping times depend on the distance between your delivery location & System Needs store from whom you purchase the product. It will be informed you either through mail or a call when we communicate with you after you send an enquiry. Within Mysore, delivery should not take more than 2 days.
What are the shipping and handling fees & sales tax?
Shipping and handling rates are as applicable. 5% Vat is applicable.
What are the methods of payment?

- Demand Draft/pay orders on delivery

If I visit your office personally and collect the order will there still be a shipping charge?
No! You can pick up the order to avoid shipping cost.

Do you keep an item in Stock? How many do one have in Stock?
We will maintain all listed product in stock. The actual quantity in stock fluctuates with time and sales rate. Maintaining a certain level of stock actually is a difficult job. Availability could become a problem if the stock is not refilled on time due to various reasons such as late PO, sudden large orders, and late shipment. For new products and high value products we may place the item on sale at our web site before it arrives at our store.

If a product is not listed on our website, it does not necessarily mean that we do not have it in stock. If you're looking for a product that is not listed, please e mail us at email@example.com. We will contact you if we have stock of the required product as soon as possible.
